Here is what to expect for your account

ONCE YOUR KEYS ARE TURNED IN to the office, your property will access our system and record your actual move-out date.

When the property records the move-out, they will create a final bill for any days that we have not yet billed you, effectively closing the account. If you are signed up for paperless billing, you will get an email for that final bill.

Typically, the property will withhold your balance owed from your security deposit. Please verify with them as to how they will intend to handle that for you.

If you are signed up for automatic payments, there is nothing additional that needs done! Once the account is closed, the automatic withdrawal will also be terminated. Easy peasy!
